About the Festival
Event Date: Friday, April 23. Awards ceremony begins at 7:30. Free workshops all day prior to the ceremony.
Where: College Hall, West Liberty University, West Liberty,
West Virginia.
Who can enter: College students currently enrolled in institutions of higher education throughout West Virginia and all bordering states including
Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, Virginia, and Kentucky. You may enter as an individual, or a team of two people may collaborate on a project. Up to two entries per person.
Cost to enter: Free
Entry deadline: Tuesday April 13, at 8:00 PM.
Winners: Winners do not need to be present at the
awards ceremony. Those who cannot
attend will be able to participate via a live webcast.
Posters: If you would like some posters or postcards to advertise the festival on your campus, drop an email with your address to the festival director with your request. We appreciate your help getting the word out.
